LOG IN TO ONLINE BANKING

STEP 1: Enter the bank’s website (https://austrobank.com) and select the ONLINE BANKING option.

You must enter with the username and password that were previously assigned and delivered.

NOTE: these data must be entered with the virtual keyboard.

STEP 2:  User enrollment with questions and answers

The client must enter or fill in the fields specified on the screen.

This step consists of 2 parts: 

The first part consists of answering 3 simple questions, if possible, the answer should be one word.

The second part is to choose an image that will identify the user in future entries and give it a description.

Canceling the Cancel / Cancel button will exit the enrollment process.

STEP 3:  Change the temporary password for the DEFINITIVE password.

 The next step is to change the password previously provided by one chosen by the user.

STEP 4:  Login to online banking with the new password and answer more questions about choosing the image.

 Then the system will return to the login, for the client to enter his new password and must follow the authentication steps according to the answers entered and the chosen image.

 The “change question” button helps the client to answer another question if he does not remember the one he is selecting.

 The client must choose the image chosen in their enrollment process.

 When answering the question and selecting the image, press SEND / SEND. The system will verify if the information indicated by the user is correct. If the data does not coincide, the system will throw a message of “INVALID CREDENTIALS”

 If they do not match on the third attempt, the user who is using the client will be blocked and will not be allowed to continue.

STEP 1:  The customer must click on “Forgot Password”.

Clicking on the link will display the following screen:

The client must at least remember the user to enter it and the authorized email that is registered in the banking core, it cannot be any email address, it should only be the one authorized in the document of “Authorization of use of the On line bank”.

 After entering the username and email, a screen will be displayed with a notice that an email was sent and that upon receiving it, the enrollment process for the 2-step authentication system will proceed again.

Step 2: Review the mailbox in the customer’s email account

When the client has received their email, a message similar to the one in the previous image will appear, indicating the date and time of the request, additionally it will send the credentials with a temporary password that the client will need to start the enrollment process of new.

Once the customer has had access to the information, the process will again be repeated as indicated in step 1.

Note:   If the email is not found in your inbox, the SPAM or junk tray should be checked.

Observation:  In the event that the client does not have an email registered with their username and password, the message that must have a valid email address will be indicated, the client must contact the bank and the operating personnel must enter it into the system.
